One day while at work, I sat in on a group discussion . The group of people were discussing their fears, dreams and hopes. One woman started to talk about feelings of guilt. She had retired from a long and successful career, her husband had unexpectedly passed away, and she had left her family to start a new life. It was a life surrounded by strange places and faces, and yet she felt at home. She had blindly left everything she ever knew to start a new life and although it was the best decision, she felt guilty because she was happy.
